didnt bother about the 2nd attempt as it was enough for gold
sit-ups: 41
gold mark is 40. so i stopped when i hit it.
shuttle run: 9.6 seconds
slipped a little, but didnt matter
pull ups: 12
personal best. lol. probably the only item i have trained a little for.
as usual, it was the 2.4km run that killed me. i clocked 10 minutes and 56 seconds, which was worse than when i was a trainee. not used to sustaining a quick running pace anymore. have to buck up if i want my extra $100.
