the hurray
a long weekend awaits! i booked out in the afternoon yesterday, and have the weekend to myself. monday is an off-in-lieu, which means i do not have to go back to camp. tuesday is vesak day :D
ive been spending yesterday and the best part of today playing pokemon on my computer (its currently the hottest thing in camp. almost everyone i know who has a blackberry or htc are playing the game on their phone). will be meeting my polytechnic friends tomorrow! of course, besides having fun, i have to prepare for the trip to the land of thousand smiles as well...
the haiz
i did something wrong and i am going to be punished for it. i attribute it to 50% unluckiness and 50% carelessness. maybe a larger percentage should fall under 'carelessness', but its a combination of the two elements all the same. i will be saying bye-bye to the weekend after i return from overseas. anyway, im really thankful that the punishment did not kick in with immediate effect, or else i will be crying in camp now instead of blogging at home.

and my song of the moment have changed again. lonely by 2ne1.
you can say 2ne1 is one of the main rivals of girls generation. they are known for their stunning visuals (a different kind from girls generation) and strong vocals.
i enjoy listening to the korean pop music. they are really catchy, and running the songs through my head helps me to distract myself from those grueling and never-ending route marches. but im always glad to hear a good ballad song. after all, this genre of songs is (probably) still my favourite. i don't for sure because ive been listening to so many pop songs as compared to ballads. but that might be because the korean music industry is just so saturated with pop songs nowadays!
